1-Piece Side Window

To allow the use of a 1-piece side window the upper down hinge was trimmed ~1", the door hinge cavity was trimmed ~4" and the window channels were straightened.

Factory curved window channel for side glass with wing vent window.


One side of the window channel straightened to allow the use of a one peice window and no longer have a wing vent window.


Both sides of window channel straightened and welds ground down.
